Rizen, Red Sky labor for Labor.

We’re not fans of RFP’s.  It’s no secret. But when the crew at Red Sky Public Relations approached us to team up on the Idaho Department of Labor RFP, we were intrigued.  We saw it as an opportunity to A) work with a firm that we really like and respect; and B) help an (not-so-obvious) underdog win.

The Idaho Department of Labor does important work — work that, we think, Red Sky and Rizen would really add passion and value to. So we responded to the RFP with all we had…the result was a united, information-rich, and easy to follow (we hope) RFP response.

Obviously, this is a first step in a long and rigorous selection process for the Department of Labor. The selection won’t be made for weeks. But in the interest of candor and openness we’ve promised from our very first blog post, we thought we should share what we’ve been up to.

Huge props (is that still a word?) to Red Sky. However things turn out on this effort, your enthusiasm for your clients, professionalism, and work ethic cannot be denied. We’re humbled to be part of it.
