Sometimes less is more: the joy of re-branding T-O Engineers.

For more than 40 years, Toothman-Orton Engineering was known as one of the finest civil engineering firms both in Idaho and across the West. They were in the groove. Taking on great projects and knocking them out of the park.

Then one day, they decided it was time for a change. Not to their core business or their approach, but to how they told their story.

Rizen Creative was brought in to help them with this effort, which started with a name/logo change and extended to a new web site, project profile templates, a statement of qualifications packet and more.

What an experience! As Ron puts it: “was great to work with a client who wasn’t afraid to re-invent itself, to make a change to reinvigorate its staff and its client base.”

And what a change.

Now T-O Engineers, the company’s new look is a far cry from the company’s traditional preference for, as they put it “two color printing: black and white.” The materials are vibrant, feature big imagery and reinforce the company’s position as a modern, diverse engineering firm.

With three offices, the materials had to be flexible enough to suit each one’s unique geography and specialities while still adhering to the core corporate message.

This was a wonderful project to be part of. You won’t find people of any higher quality than you’ll find at T-O Engineers. They’re bright, professional and just all-around good humans.

While we’ve always done a fair amount of these projects, re-brands are really starting to become a speciality here at Rizen Creative. Another recent example is our work for the Boise Centre on the Grove.

Thanks for the opportunity, T-O. We’re proud to know you.
