The dating game.

Over the past couple weeks, we’ve begun hunting for some new folks to add to our team. Specifically, we’re on the hunt for an account person and a entry-level designer type.

We’ve talked to people we’ve known for awhile now. We’ve talked to people we’ve never met. We talked to people who were referred. And those who just sent a generic resume.

Guess what we’ve found?

There’s a lot of talented, smart and interesting people out there. If you’re an employer (or thinking about becoming one) now is the time to hire. Put aside the fear. Shut off the TV news. Get out there and make stuff happen and seize this opportunity to get the right people on your team.
