A showpiece for real estate showpieces.

Rafanelli and Nahas, a Boise-based commercial real estate developer, has been creating signature properties for the past 25 years. In the Treasure Valley alone their offerings include nearly one million square feet of landmark properties. We have been privileged to help assist with their marketing efforts for properties such as the Boise Plaza (the old Boise Cascade Building) that included a major renovation.

Their latest endeavor was to promote themselves. We were tasked with putting together a piece that showcased their work, yet was subtle an elegant. In a world of fast, furious, get it done yesterday printing, we took a different approach. Working with our printer, we elected to use specialty printing techniques in addition to traditional 4-color printing. The result is  a beautiful impression which showcased one of their property designs on the cover through the use of metallic ink and tint varnish. Unfortunately the photos above do not do it justice, but a beautiful impression nonetheless.
